The pump controller shall be panel mounted in the dead front inner door or outer door and shall have a NEMA 4X face plate with gasket. It shall have a Peak and Valley reading (high value and low value) that is accessible without access code or configuration menu entry. When configuring controller for operation the instruction and prompts shall be in common English with no codes or non standard English symbols used. The pump controller shall have an access code that is changeable and may or may not be used.

The pump controller shall have a 24 VDC Power Supply with 100 MA output. It shall, by front key pad change only, be able to accept the following analog signals 4 to 20 mA, 0 to 20 mA, 0 to 1 vdc, + or - 1 to 10 vdc, 0 to l0 vdc, 1 to 5 vdc or 0 to 5 vdc. The pump controller shall be programmable by front keypad change only to change the analog input output. Linier, square root and custom (up to 17 point characterization table for proportional input/output) shall be provided.

Four ten-amp relays shall be provided. Each relay shall he configurable from the front keypad. The relay shall be numbered and able to be named an Alarm or a Pump. The following shall also be included in the plain English key pad options for each relay; set and reset points, 0 to 240 seconds of time delay on and time delay off, separate internal horn on or off, latching or not latching of relay, flashing or not flashing of screen at alarm point, reverse of normally open or closed relay, and alternating or not of each pump. The configuration keypad program shall also include a sensor failure alarm.

The pump controller shall be Sun Coast Hydraulic Electric Econotrol™ or equal.
